Our respect for the environment led us to treat the effluent we produce with the vinification of wines: the wastewater is stored and processed by oxygen, the bacteria in the waters naturally decompose organic matter. These waters are then processed by percolation from gravel beds and sand where the reeds absorb organic matter. The waters discharged into the creek are regularly controlled and analyzed.
